30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

Couture Luxury Designs have taken immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship and sheer beauty of our diamond and gemstone jewelry. We are confident that your purchase will match or exceed your expectations and are proud to offer a 30-day  return policy.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, simply return your purchase within 30 days from the day of the purchase.

CLD allows one return/cancellation per customer or/and per household or the same billing address or the same shipping address per year, any other purchase made by you during this one-year time period is final. In addition, once you receive your purchase and thereafter request a modification of your original purchase, including but not limited to exchanging the center diamond, changing the ring to a different ring, etc., and CLD starts to process your modification request, you are no longer entitled to receive a monetary refund and you are only entitled to an exchange.

Couture Luxury Designs Refund Policies

CLD has a 30-day, no question asked, refund policy (hereinafter "The Refund Period"). The Refund period starts the day after you place your order with CLD and ends at 5:30 pm PST on the 30th day. It normally takes CLD Fourteen (14) Business Days to process and ship your order. Only in the event that an order is shipped after the Fourteen (14) Business days processing time period passed, and said delay was caused solely by CLD, that these additional days will be added to The Refund Period. No other exceptions to CLD's refund policy apply. For example, if you requested that CLD hold your order and your request caused a delay in the shipping of your order, The Refund Period starts the day after you place your order with CLD, no additional days will be added to The Refund Period as a result of this delay as this delay was not caused by CLD. In the event that you request an expedite delivery or that your order was delivered to you prior to 10-day fulfillment period, then to qualify for a refund you must contact CLD via email and request an RMA within Fourteen (14) Business days of receipt of your order. CLD's Return Policy of an Expedite Order: If you requested an expedited delivery and thereafter upon receipt of your order wish to return it, you agree to pay CLD a restocking fee of 20% of your order as liquidated damages. By proceeding to place an order with CLD you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

LOOSE LAB DIAMONDS EXCLUSION TO THE 30-DAYS RETURN POLICY

Thirty days from the purchase date but at most 15 days from when CLD shipped it. Let's take a specific example to make this more transparent. Say you purchased a loose lab diamond on May 20, 2022. The shipping date was May 28, 2022. The return period ends on June 12, 2022. That is 15 days from the date it was shipped, twenty-three days from the purchase date, and not thirty days.

CLD Refund Policies for purchases shipped outside the United States: In the event that you placed an order for an item to be shipped outside of the the United States of America, CLD's refund policies as described above applies to your order with the following exceptions: CLD will not refund you the shipping charges that you paid to have your order shipped. You also agree to pay CLD a minimum of $125 for your return label and/or any other charges associated with your return, including but not limited to any duty fees. By continuing to place your order you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions of this paragraph.

Exclusions: The following charges are excluded from CLD's 30 days refund policy and will not be refunded: engraving charges are nonrefundable, any shipping charge that is added to your purchase is nonrefundable including but not limited to Handling and or/ Shipping charges for loose diamond purchases below $1350 are nonrefundable, overnight shipping charges for purchases below $5000, Saturday shipping charges etc.

Disclaimer

By proceeding to purchase from CLD you represent that your purchases, including your diamond purchases and/or any of your jewelry purchases, are not for the purposes of comparing the items to other items, ie. You will not purchase any 2 Diamonds/Rings/Earrings/Bracelets or any product from CLD in order to compare them and return one of them, You will not purchase your diamond from CLD in order to compare it to another diamond from a different place, you will not purchase two rings from CLD in order to compare them etc. Such purchases are strictly prohibited and are excluded from our return policy. In the event that you purchase an item from CLD in order to compare it to another item CLD will not issue you a refund.

  • ORDERS OF LOOSE DIAMONDS OVER $40,000 CAN BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN THE FIRST 15 DAYS OF PLACING THE ORDER.

CLD's Ring Setting Purchases Policies

In the event that you elect to purchase only a ring setting from CLD without the center stone, the following policies apply:

  1. You agree to email CLD's customer service at coutureluxurydesigns@hotmail.com  immediately after the completion of your purchase with CLD, with the information of your stone's shape and exact measurements. Failure to provide this information will result in CLD shipping your purchase with the standardized prongs.
  2. All ring setting purchases are final.
  3. Purchases of only ring settings are not subject to any of CLD's Discounts. If you decide to purchase only a ring setting from CLD you agree to pay the full price for said setting. All promotions and/or discounts do not apply to purchases of only ring settings.
  4. By proceeding to purchase only the ring setting from CLD you agree to comply with the above terms and conditions.

Return Procedure:

Our goal is to make the return process as easy as possible. To return an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at coutureluxurydesigns@hotmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number on the outside shipping label. The RMA is valid for 3 days only. The package must be shipped within 3 days. Returned items without an RMA number will not be subject to refund.
  2. Please be ready to provide the following information to our customer service representative: Full Name, invoice number, and method of payment.
  3. Place the item and all original packaging back in the box. This includes appraisals and certificates (when applicable). Please note that the diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement fee if lost. Also, ensure that the original Security Tag, if any, remains attached to the item.
  4. Ship your item using our FedEx return label that was provided by us at the time of the purchase. If you do not have it please email us to coutureluxurydesigns@hotmail.com. We will be happy to issue you a new level.
  5. You must comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in CLD's return policies in order to exchange and/or refund your purchase, this includes but is not limited to; receiving an authorization code prior to shipping your return to CLD, using the label sent to you by CLD for your return in order to ship your item back to CLD, etc. Your failure to follow the terms and conditions of CLD's return policies shall result in CLD's rejection of your return and a refusal of your refund. You agree to hold CLD harmless from any and all claims arising out of your failure to follow CLD's return policies, this includes but is not limited to any claim for loss and/or damage caused to you as a result of you not using CLD's shipping label.
  6. Upon an approval of your return and refund request, CLD will email you a shipping label. You must ship the items that you wish to return within no more than Seventy-Two (72) hours from the time that CLD emailed you the shipping label. In the event that you fail to ship your return within this Seventy-Two (72) hour time frame, you will forfeit your eligibility for a money refund.

Terms and Conditions

We can only accept returns/exchanges that follow Couture Luxury Designs   Return Procedures listed above. We can only accept items in their original unworn condition with the same characteristics specified on the accompanying diamond certificate (when applicable). The returned item/s must be in a like-new condition.

Any, unauthorized or improperly packaged items will be returned to the sender. Merchandise that has been altered not by Couture Luxury Designs  , damaged or shows signs of wear will not be accepted.

Resized items will only be accepted if they have been resized by Couture Luxury Designs  .

Original shipping charges (Saturday delivery), if any, are nonrefundable.

Couture Luxury Designs will process the refund within 30 days of receiving it.

All credit card refunds will be refunded using the original credit card that was used to make the purchase. Please allow 1 monthly billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. All payments made via a wire transfer method will be refunded via Couture Luxury Designs check. You can also return your purchase for Couture Luxury Designs store credit.

Paypal Refunds

If your payment was made via PayPal your return process might take longer due to PayPal's policies. A return through PayPal might therefore take additional 7-10 business days.

Exclusions

The Return/Exchange Policy does not apply to custom orders and/or special orders that were made for items that were not part of the www.coutureluxurydesigns.com website publicly published inventory, engraved pieces, pearl jewelry, eternity bands, eternity style engagement rings, eternity style ring settings, items that were resized, items that previously been exchanged, items that were shipped back not using The Couture Luxury Designs Prepaid FedEx Label. If an item is returned for a refund or canceled during production, your next purchase will qualify for exchange only. If you are concerned about a potential return or exchange, please contact Customer Service by calling 1-813-469-1778 or send an e-mail to coutureluxurydesigns@hotmail.com  before placing your order.

Return requests beyond the 30 days window will be denied for a refund and can be subject to an exchange or store credit only!

Finished jewelry cannot be exchanged against a new CERTIFIED loose diamond purchase.

This Return/Exchange Policy only applies to purchases made on The Couture Luxury Designs Web site. If you purchased an item from one of our retail locations, you are bound to the policies of the individual store.

Ring Sizing and Jewelry Alterations - Refund Exclusion.

An item that was modified and/or resized within the 30 days of the return period will be subject to a $50 fee.

An item that was modified or resized more than 1 time during the 30 days return window will not be subject to a refund.
